I Spy Gun and Shoulder Holster Set Rayline 1966
Gun shoots small rubber pellets, which were included, and is about 8 inches long. It came bubble packed on card. It could apparently shoot “more than 50 rounds in one loading”. Gun is blue plastic with a removable black plastic silencer, while the holster is adjustable to fit.
Rayline as well as their normal gun sets, for the show also produced this camera gun around 1965. This fired small pellets from through where the cameras lens would have been. As with the other Rayline products nothing on the actual item mentions the series the only indication that its from the show is on the packaging.
I Spy Board Game Ideal 1965.
In this game each player is a secret agent on a mission and the object is to beat your opponent in completing your mission before they complete theirs. If at any stage during the game you encounter an opponent you would need to make a challenge, using a special dueling mechanism supplied with the game (the best item in the box and more fun than the game). The loser of any duel would then have to re-start their mission from the beginning.
I Spy Target Set Rayline 1965
This set contained three plastic spies and a plastic gun, which could supposedly fire 50 shots without re-loading. The plastic pellets for use with the gun were included, and this came bubble packed on a display card. This example is a misspacked one, One of the plastic target figures was not sealed on the card, so the set contained only two of the three figures it sould have done. A loose example of the missing figure has been obtained to complete the set. The same plastic gun, which is about 8 inches long, also featured in the other I Spy sets issued by this firm.
